南高叢品系 ---薄霧(Misty) (ミスティー)

發表時間:1989-1990年(FL67-1 x Avonblue(艾文蓝)品種育種而成)

樹型及特性:

樹勢中位(亦有說樹勢強)，(高3 -6英呎 .幅3 -6英呎 )樹姿為直立性、開張性、細枝多.生長旺盛、果實生產性非常高,根系較弱、小苗容易死亡.

收穫期:早生-中手(亦有說早生) (各地不同，僅供參考)

------(另一說中生)某些日本資料把南高叢品系成熟期歸類為”早生/早生-中生/中生/中生-晚生/晚生”五種，在日本南高叢品系成熟期分別為(早生)6月上旬~中旬.(早生-中生)6月下旬.( 中生)7月上旬. (中生-晚生)7月中旬.(晚生) 7月下旬)

果實顏色:明青色

果實大小、特性:中-大粒(有一說為大粒) 、果皮為明青色、果肉緊實

甘味:多(BX平均14.0%)，酸味:少(PH:4.20)，風味香氣:良好

果蒂痕的大小、乾溼 : 小、乾

葉型、顏色:濃綠的綠色(墨綠色).葉厚

低溫要求時間: 100-300hrs(資料來源:日本)(另有一說150 hrs…資料來源:美國)

建議授粉樹:Biloxi

種植注意事項:土壤過溼會影響植株成長.另有著花過多跡象，需適時修剪枝條.疏花或抹除花芽,在日本開花期需注意霜害。

Misty薄雾：冷量，200～300小时；南高丛品种中最丰产种，属暖带常绿品种。

以下皆為美國方面資料:

Southern Highbush — Early. In the west, Misty is quite vigorous, growing very well both on the coast and in the inland heat. This excellent fruit does well in areas with chilling as low as 150 hours and all areas with mild winters and hot summers.

MISTY

Misty is known for consistently high yields of medium sized high flavored berries. The deep green foliage is evergreen in most warm climate areas. Fruits ripen 10 days after the earliest, Sharpblue.

Hardiness Zones: USDA 8-11
Size at Maturity: 6 -8 ft . high by 5 ft . wide.
Soil Preference: Acid 4.5 to 5.5 pH. Light Needs: Full sun or partial shade.

Blooms and ripens about the same time as Biloxi .
Berries are light in color with a good scar and firmness.
Plants are vigorous and upright.
Ripens late April.
Use Biloxi as pollinator

Early ripening. Fruit has good flavor and is large in size. Plant growth habit is moderately vigorous and upright. Misty's chilling requirement is 200 to 300 hours. Suggested pollinator is Biloxi .

Misty Blueberry

An all-season beauty. This attractive bush features a flush of hot pink flowers early in the season, followed by blue-green leaves and sky blue, medium to large berries. Heat-tolerant. Requires mulch in winter. Ripens in June. Self-pollinating

1989年佛罗里达大学发表的品种，中熟种。树势中等，开张型。果粒中～大，甜度BX14.0%，酸度pH4.20，有香味。果蒂痕小而干。低温要求时间200～300小时。南部高丛蓝莓品种中最丰产种，属暖带常绿品种。

若要說去年我對我所有藍莓品種的印象最佳的,絕對是薄霧(Misty)了..去年植株狀況不佳...有的是開的花多,但結果率低(像烏達德雖然是不錯的品種~~開的花多...但感覺結果率就蠻低的)....有的品種是連花都不太開.......所以我都懶得防鳥...但少數有讓我吃到果實的就是薄霧了~~所以對它的第一印象極佳。

Misty據原賣家的經驗談是"非常"豐產的品種哦~~但是也是非常容易暴斃的品種(有一好沒二好啦~~)查了資料才知道根系較弱、難怪會很容易暴斃...結那麼多果當然會把它給"操死"囉~~
